Carol’s latest publication for NAIS is the interactive online booklet Branding and Messaging, a How-to Guide, co-authored with Peter Gow. She contributed several chapters to this book, which includes links to excellent resources, websites and useful exercises. It’s available in the shop at the NAIS website.
Her previous authoring effort is available there as well, in paperback. She contributed the chapter “Marketing Communications: All About Branding” to the 2009 edition of Philanthropy at Independent Schools. This book, edited by Helen A. Colson, includes chapters from some of the top practitioners in independent school philanthropy today and is loaded with useful ideas and examples.
